I - Fifth Generation Warfare: An Introduction

A. A Vision of our Future
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A DoD Biotechnologies for Health and Human Performance Council (BHPC; Alexandria, VA) study group surveyed a wide range of current and emerging technologies relevant to assisting and augmenting human performance in many domains. The team used this information to develop a series of vignettes as case studies for discussion and analysis including feasibility; military application; and ethical, legal, and social implication (ELSI) considerations. Ultimately, the team selected four vignettes as being technically feasible by 2050 or earlier. The following vignettes are relevant to military needs and offer capabilities beyond current military systems:
ocular enhancements to imaging, sight, and situational awareness;
restoration and programmed muscular control through an optogenetic bodysuit sensor web;
auditory enhancement for communication and protection; and
direct neural enhancement of the human brain for two-way data transfer.
Although each of these technologies will offer the potential to incrementally enhance performance beyond the normal human baseline, the BHPC study group analysis suggested that the development of direct neural enhancements of the human brain for two-way data transfer would create a revolutionary advancement in future military capabilities. This technology is predicted to facilitate read/write capability between humans and machines and between humans through brain-to-brain interactions. These interactions would allow warfighters direct communication with unmanned and autonomous systems, as well as with other humans, to optimize command and control systems and operations. The potential for direct data exchange between human neural networks and microelectronic systems could revolutionize tactical warfighter communications, speed the transfer of knowledge throughout the chain of command, and ultimately dispel the “fog” of war. Direct neural enhancement of the human brain through neuro-silica interfaces could improve target acquisition and engagement and accelerate defensive and offensive systems.
Although the control of military hardware, enhanced situational awareness, and faster data assimilation afforded by direct neural control would fundamentally alter the battlefield by the year 2050, the other three cyborg technologies are also likely to be adopted in some form by warfighters and civil society. The BHPC study group predicted that human/machine enhancement technologies will become widely available before the year 2050 and will steadily mature, largely driven by civilian demand and a robust bio-economy that is at its earliest stages of development in today’s global market. The global healthcare market will fuel human/machine enhancement technologies primarily to augment the loss of functionality from injury or disease, and defense applications will likely not drive the market in its later stages. The BHPC study group anticipated that the gradual introduction of beneficial restorative cyborg technologies will, to an extent, acclimatize the population to their use.

B. What is Fifth-generation Warfare?
Fifth-generation warfare is conducted primarily through non-kinetic military action, such as social engineering, misinformation, and cyberattacks, along with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and fully autonomous systems. Fifth generation warfare has been described by Daniel Abbot as a war of "information and perception".

C. What is Graphene?
Graphene is carbon-based nanomaterial which was first discovered in 2004 by the working group of Andre Geim. Due to its unique properties and diverse properties such as transparency (depending on number of layers), thermal property, electrical conductivity and mechanical strength make it a versatile material for various fields. These include for example electronics, car industry, medical field (especially DNA sequencing), development of biosensors as well as cell differentiation and growth.
Graphene is insoluble in water and therefore the use is limited to passive platforms for detection and cell work. GO on the other hand can be used to administer anticancer drugs in biological cells and gene delivery. Due to the large surface area, the stability of the drug is maintained as its not altering the biological activity. Self-healing hydrogels for wound healing which can be injected include quaternized chitosan (QCS), polydopaminecoated reduced graphene oxide (rGO-PDA), and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAm).
The toxicity is limiting it’s use and mainly depends on the route of administration, administered dose, method of synthesis of GO and its physicochemical properties.

D. What is Hydrogel?
The first reported hydrogel can be traced back to 1960, when Wichterle and Lim synthesized poly (2-hydroxethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) and utilized it in the contact lens industry with the ability of imbibing moisture while asserting its network structure, demonstrating the modern hydrogel [1,2]. Hydrogels, with their peculiar structure of three-dimensional crosslinked polymer meshwork, have the tendency to absorb considerable amounts of water within their interstices and keep bonding it while maintaining the network structure in the swollen state. The demonstration of such phenomena in hydrogels is due to the availability of polar hydrophilic moieties, for example, SO3H, OH, NH2, COOH, CONH2, etc., along the polymer network as branched groups. The tendency of water absorption in hydrogels is due to the swelling character, which is monitored by the hydrophilicity of attached groups, swelling media, and crosslinked bonding strength. Crosslinking controls water absorption as well as helping in maintaining the network structure in the swollen state [3,4,5,6]. The crosslinkers play a prime role for secondary interactions with biological tissues along with the participation of hydrophilic groups for water uptake [7].
Due to the distinctive characteristic properties, such as biodegradability, biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, superabsorbancy, viscoelasticity, softness, and fluffiness, hydrogels play a prime role in biomedical applications. Apart from that, hydrogels also respond to various stimuli, such as temperature, electric field, magnetic field, biological molecules, and ionic strength [8,9]. Many hydrogels have the ability to increase the dwelling period of drugs due to the mucoadhesive and bioadhesive characteristics which promote them as suitable nominees as drug carriers [10].

E. What are Quantum Dots?
Quantum dots are nanoparticles, which due to their unique physical and chemical (first of all optical) properties, are promising in biology and medicine. There are many ways for quantum dots synthesis, both in the form of nanoislands self-forming on the surfaces, which can be used as single-photon emitters in electronics for storing information, and in the form of colloidal quantum dots for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes in living systems. The paper describes the main methods of quantum dots synthesis and summarizes medical and biological ways of their use. The main emphasis is laid on the ways of quantum dots surface modification. Influence of the size and form of nanoparticles, charge on the surfaces of quantum dots, and cover type on the efficiency of internalization by cells and cell compartments is shown. The main mechanisms of penetration are considered.

F. Graphene, Hydrogel, Quantum Dots, & their medicinal uses
Along with the biocompatible properties, the bioimaging properties of GGels owing to graphene fluorescence were evaluated to designate the potential bioimaging applications of these GGels-based biomaterials [99]. GGels exhibit striking fluorescence properties that allow bioimaging; hence, they can make the disease diagnosis and treatment in labeling cells robust [39]. Fluorescent GGels formed by cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) and graphene quantum dots (GQDs) was developed as injectable material of 3D printing. CNCs-GQDs hydrogels exhibited strong blue fluorescence when excited at 365 nm with weak autofluorescence due to the photoluminescence properties of GQDs [100]. GQDs also acted as crosslinker for carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) to make biocompatible CMC-GQDs hydrogels that exhibit the fluorescent property for fluorescent bioimaging application. These GQDs showed blue emission at 461.5 nm under the excitation wavelength at 367 nm, making GGels formed from these GQDs emit strong blue fluorescence as a unique photoluminescent property suitable for bioimaging application [101]. The fluorescent bioimaging application of GGels was investigated using capped silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) capped GO nanosheets hydrogels. The cellular incorporation of AgNPs capped GO hydrogels was confirmed by clear blue dots inside macrophage cells using confocal fluorescence microscopy (Figure 4c) [102]. In conclusion, even though more research is required to verify the biocompatibility and bioimaging properties of GGels-based biomaterials prior to their therapeutic application, these nanocomposites could serve as superior materials with excellent mechanical, physical, chemical and biological properties, making them ideal biomaterials for numerous biomedical applications.

The cited article emphasizes the need for efficient photothermal agents (PTAs) that have high light absorption capacity, photostability, minimal cytotoxicity, and good biocompatibility.
Hydrogels, due to their biocompatibility and other unique properties, are considered promising PTAs.
Graphene and its derivatives (graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide) are introduced as potential materials for enhancing the properties of hydrogels, especially for photothermal applications.
The use of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a biocompatible synthetic polymer for hydrogel fabrication is highlighted.
G. Toxicity & Safety Concerns
Toxicity to Eukaryotic Cells: The toxicity of graphene to eukaryotic cells has been reported in several studies. It was observed that graphene can destroy cellular membrane integrity and enhance the excessive generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) [Page 7].
Toxicity to Human Fibroblast Cells: A study by Wang et al. showed that graphene oxide (GO) at concentrations higher than 50 µg/mL caused toxicity to human fibroblast cells. The GO entered the cells and disrupted their normal functions, including the mitochondria, lysosomes, endoplasm, and nucleus [Page 7].
In Vivo Biocompatibility: There are both in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility concerns related to graphene and its derivatives. For instance, in vivo, graphene oxide has been associated with granuloma formation in the lungs [Page 7].
Surface-Modified Graphene: It's worth noting that surface-modified graphene has shown improved biocompatibility and reduced toxicity. For example, graphene modified by poly(acrylic acid) exhibited significantly lower pro-inflammatory and platelet depletion effects. It also did not cause pathological changes in the liver and lungs in mouse models compared to unmodified GO [Page 8].
H. What is a Biological Weapon?

I am fully aware that what I am about to show you will be hard to believe.
I am fully aware that the images and videos that you are about to see will seem hard to fathom.
Many will say that there is no way technology has advanced this far, that there is no way the governments of the world conspired together to medically rape humanity. They’ll say perhaps it is CGI trickery, or a PsyOp; a cunning ruse by any other name.
It brings me no joy however to state that this technology is more real than you can possibly imagine. This essay, and future essays on this subject, are the synthesis of roughly 700 hours of research in regards to the sophisticated, nanotechnological bioweapon campaign that has been unleashed on humanity. I would not have fully believed it myself without poring through the literature for the better part of the last three years. Between Graphene, Hydrogel, and Quantum Dots, there are over 170,000 articles on PubMed detailing this very real and very operational weapon system. Even still, It was not until I saw it under the microscope myself that I fully grasped the depth of the profound evil that has been wrought on humanity.
What you are about to witness is human machine interfaces, or in other words, the forced evolution of humanity.
C. Controls & Preparation
All of these images and videos seen on Rumble were obtained by my medical researcher, Dr. S. To begin, let’s establish some control images to compare our samples against. This is a cloth fiber under our darkfield microscope at ~100x magnification. You can clearly see the fraying around the edges, and the irregular structure.

Our control blood sample is from an unjabbed 61 year old male, collected and analyzed on 8/18/23. This patient has not taken any injectable medications since 2020, and has not had any sexual contact in the last 3 years. Patient has no history of IV drug use (IVDU). Patient was mandated by his employer to undergo routine PCR swap tests in 2021, but has not taken any since. Our glass slides were brand new; they were also sterilized and washed with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol before use. We used a brand new lancet to acquire a drop of blood via the finger.
This is what normal and healthy blood cells should look like. They are consistent, smooth circles.

D. Sample #1
The blood sample seen below was collected and analyzed on 8/23/23. The patient is a 64 year old male who received a single dose of J&J in early 2021. He has had no other injectable medications in that time period, but he has had sexual contact with C19 vaccinated females. Patient has no history of IVDU. Our glass slides were brand new; they were also sterilized and washed with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol before use. The full video of the processing of this sample may be found at our new Rumble page. (Video) The descriptions of these images is our best hypothesis of what is occurring given the data and the scientific literature we have compiled.
This is not normal. For starters, this man’s blood is clearly damaged; note the membrane disfigurement and the abundant signs of cell damage. This blister like shape is called a bleb, and it is an early sign of apoptosis, or cell death.

This is a zoomed out view (~100x magnification) of his blood. The objects in the blood seen here are graphene nanocrystals, which are constructed within the graphene hydrogel nanoislands - which we will see shortly.

This is a hydrogel nanostructure, and if you look closely at the top right of this structure, you will see a graphene nanocrystal in the process of self assembly. Within these structures are tiny, glowing dots; some red, some green, some yellow and blue. This is not natural, or a microscopic artifact. These are the graphene quantum dots referred to by Phan et al.

This is a previous sample from our 64 year old patient, collected on 8/20/23. The hydrogel filament is quite clearly seen here, and again has that distinct blue fluorescence. Note the nanocrystal formations around the filament.

Finally, this is a sample collected from a 40 year old female. The patient has not taken injectable medication in the last three years. Patient has had sexual intercourse with C19 vaccinated males. The patient has no history of IVDU. Yet again, we see a fluorescent graphene hydrogel filament. We also see a smaller tendril extending from that larger filament. That tendril runs through several graphene nanocrystals on the bottom right.

G. Conclusions
It seems almost trite to say this, but this is not what human blood should look like. What me and my research partner have demonstrated here entirely validates and conforms with the scientific literature on these synthetic structures. We see clear signs of self-assembly in this sample, as well as the distinct physical characteristics of these nanotechnologies as described in the scientific and medical literature cited in Section I. While this may be hard to fathom, those among us who have become infected with these technologies are now by definition a cyborg.
What you have seen above is unequivocally nanotechnology contained not just in the shots, but also transmitted via intimate contact to the unvaccinated. While we have not quantified all the potential vectors of attack for this bioweapon, we have identified sexual contact as one of the more prominent culprits of the “vaccine shedding” phenomena.

IV - The Shots Heard Round’ The World
The old world you know is dead.

Our enemy is ancient, he is cunning, and he has captured the levers of power in societies across the world.
We must accept this new paradigm, one our enemy has forced upon us, or humanity as we know it will go extinct.
To those of you who have stood tall and not caved into Big Pharmakeia’s psychological abuse, continue to stand your ground.
Now I will venture into my informed although admitted speculation.
From a tactician’s perspective, this notion that there is no difference between the jabbed and the unjabbed has stricken me as a curious one. In my eyes, there is absolutely a purpose for the injection campaign that was first conceived of in the mid 2010’s and officially launched in 2020 via Operation Warp Speed. From a military perspective, if you had a weapon that was already accomplishing its goal of infecting humans with synthetic technoparasites, why create a new one? Why would you create the injections and push the boosters if it did not provide a vital vector for this technology?
God created our bodies with a plethora of defense mechanisms to fight off parasites such as the ones seen above; defense mechanisms that are totally bypassed when you inject something intravenously. While intimate contact does spread this bioweapon, if they didn’t need the injections, why draw attention to themselves? Humanity was already very oblivious to the biowarfare campaign that the US government has been waging on its citizens for nearly a century, which I discuss in Black Ops & Black Magick, Part I & Part II. Again, why risk anything by forcing this down people’s throats? There is clearly an aspect of the worldwide injection and booster campaign that serves some function in their grand scheme.
While our sample size is limited so far, we have discovered uninjected patients who have remained free from the taint of DARPA’s mystery serum. The potential vectors of this attack are not fully realized at this time. At the bare minimum, we know that injectable medications and sexual relations with injected individuals are two vectors of this bioweapon.
This has already been an incredibly dense article, so I will not be getting into potential healing modalities or what The Regime plans on doing with this technology. Please subscribe to make sure that you receive future research and essays on these vitally important topics. Our money is already worthless, and I don’t want to sell you vitamins or supplements. All I ask is that you tell your family, tell your friends, and most importantly, tell your pastor. This is the greatest single pro-life issue in the history of humanity. We are still in the preliminary stages of this chapter of our research, but we want to emphasize that despite the horror of the weaponry that has been unleashed upon us, there is hope!
Most importantly in our Lord & Messiah Jesus Christ, who has truly opened doors for us in this journey, and without whom these discoveries would not have been possible.

I have to come here to comment, because TBP has been infiltrated by Anonymous fools, some of whom have got to be Intel, as they are strictly KAOS agents, and factual intelligent articles are wasted by their internecine warfare in the comments. It's sad, but not unexpected, given that TBP is on the Fibbies' Hit List. So, to have a real discussion about a subject this important I have to come here.
If only more people knew that they are victims of a war they didn't even know they were fighting, we might have a chance of convincing some of them; but sadly, because of ego, most folks would rather not know, and go to their graves before they admit they were duped.
Read the Executive Summary; how many times is the word "could" or "would" used? "Predicted;" "anticipated;" "projected;" all words that could be simplified to: "IF." They use those words deliberately, because they actually have no idea what they are talking about, and attempt to conceal this through disingenuity.
Honestly, doctors and medical lab workers learn nothing useful in medical school except how to earn money at the cost of human ignorance and naivete. Since there has never been a virus isolated properly, all virology is hypothetical at best and mostly guesswork; as you have clearly shown, if you magnify something enough you will find unidentifiable components, which could literally be anything. When this happens, virologists claim it to be a virus, and then attempt to backwards-engineer it to fit their agenda -- which is, of course, that they haven't a clue what they're doing.
Something I want to point out, which is crucial to understanding how this kill shot "works," is the quaternized chitosan. Chitosan is the unpolymerized version of chitin; chitin is found in marine animals like crabs and lobsters, which gives their exoskeletons its rigidity, and is an abundant by-product of the aquatic food-processing industry. The important part is this: chitin and chitosan have been widely employed to fabricate polymer scaffolds, or the tendrils between the quantum nurseries seen in your slides. However, biodegradability is an insurmountable issue; once the chitosan enters the bloodstream, it must work quickly. I believe this is why they have to have a series of shots: each application is likely to require uniquely designed chitosan-based nano/micro-particles with specific dimensions and cargo-release characteristics to circumvent our immune response (which is being purposefully weakened). The key to the delivery of the nanotechnology seems to be chitosan, as its natural rigidity strengthens the cell wall of the quantum structures, and could possibly be why the blood cells around it are being damaged as they try and assimilate.
I would never assume the depths of the evil behind this agenda; but there is one, and its malevolence is strong. I'm not a doctor (nor do I play one on TV), thank God, which is why my eyes can see what theirs can't. Some of these Tik-Tok dancers know this is a crime against humanity, and that makes them implicit, but most of them only take blood and wipe asses, they are ignorant and want to stay that way. I cannot abide these people, and will have my revenge on them for murdering my father, 3 years ago (the 20th of this month was his death). Please let me be a vessel for Your divine fury, Lord!
