I can only add a few tidbits to your as-usual well-done research: First, both Luciano and Costello had Jewish in their backgrounds, as their names attest. Lucian is a very common Jewish name; Luciano is simply its Italian equivalent (son of Lucian); just like Costel, a common Romanian Jewish name, is Italicized into Costello. It was for those reasons the two of them were chosen for their jobs, and also why they pursued them with such zeal. The entire Cosa Nostra was an Italian Jew operation. Whom else would or could finance and profit from their well-documented debaucheries?
And, how else do you believe Luciano would be the one who was most able to ameliorate the Italian mafia, getting a sweetheart deal absolving him of outright murders? Because that happens all the time, you know.
The point you brought up about cartels involved in ritual killings is one which ought to be researched. I have read stories about blood sacrifices and dismemberments perpetrated by them; in the last "Rambo" movie, a reference is made to these things occurring down in Mexico (as another reason not to go). The thought has previously run through my brain that it would be very easy to recruit Central Americans and Mexicans into such cults, given that they are descendants of people-eaters like the Incans, Aztecs and Mayans. Accult rituals are interlaced into their societies. It would be almost normal to them to follow their ancestors.
Add that to the fact most of them have little education and no hope financially, and the allure of the gangs, with their satanic influences from the GovernMason and their secret societies, is too much. The cartels are an offshoot of the mafia, more dangerous because they have plenty of local recruits with little regard for life -- and no one to help them if they choose not to join.
When George H. Bush was director of the CIA back in 1975, I believe he directly set up some of the first cartels in South America, specifically Colombia. I am sure you remember just as I do how "blow" became ubiquitous in the mid-to-late '70's (a period I refer to as the Discocaine Period), and how all the glamorous glitterati wore their coke spoons, and why Fleetwood Mac ultimately laid an egg called "Tusk." The Brian DePalma version of "Scarface" was based on hundreds of stories of nouveau riche South/Central American cocaine lords who came to America to spend their ill-gotten gains -- and the violence which followed them. All started, again, by the 33-degree Mason, George H. Bush, and the under-government.

Yes, organized crime (cartels and crime syndicates) is just a hidden hand of the banking cartel.
And we see the hidden underlying connection between the government, church/religion, banks and criminal organizations - masonry.
As you show, it is obvious where idea for a mafia came from. We just need to compare bolshevik secret police with the way in which mafia operates.
So they used the power and knowhow that they gained in Russia and they exported it to Europe and USA. Backed by banks and financed by pornography and drug smuggling.
And we know who funds such movements! Mafia in the west acted exactly like KGB or UDBA, only on the other side of law (can we say that democracy is just inverted communism and "stay alive"? lolz). So these financiers of the central banking scheme used similar tactics prior to WW1 and WW2, to subvert monarchies and to start those wars.
Safe to say how criminal orgs and cartels are brothers and sisters to usury through banking, and drugs - pornography and homosexuality good signs of Rothschilds (or any of their vile ilk) being somewhere near by.
