In Part I of this series, we discussed the long perfected stratagem of the Frankenstein Formula: a deadly alchemist’s brew of false flag’s and propaganda that creates a monster needing to be slayed. Whether the foe is conjured by our overlords or imagined makes no difference to its lethality. The false flag is a strategy as old as warfare itself, one seen not just in the American wars of conquest, but throughout the world. It is here, in the American homeland, where this deceptive art has truly been perfected.
A once God-fearing people has been mobilized into action again and again, lulled into a tiresome and trite cycle of deceit and subterfuge. From the earliest days of this country, false pretenses and jingoistic propaganda has been deployed time and time again to devastating effectiveness. When presented with existential threats and clashes of civilization, humanity’s reaction is a predictable one: close ranks and attack the outside threat. These lies we have catalogued have served as the foundation to a mythology of the “righteous” American war.
When the historical record is critically analyzed, the dark truth behind these events becomes painfully clear: we have been duped repeatedly.
— The USS West Virginia ablaze, Pearl Harbor, Dec 7th, 1941.
The infamous day of December 7th, 1941 was another successful application of the Frankenstein Formula. As far back as January of 1941, President Franklin Roosevelt was aware of potential Japanese plans for a sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. For 11 months afterwards, the White House was privy to over a thousand intercepted Japanese communications a day, painting a clear picture of Japan’s strategy and motives. In order to sway the prevailing anti-war sentiment in America, FDR needed a galvanizing event like Pearl Harbor to ignite the flames of war. On December 7th, 1941, Roosevelt got exactly that galvanizing event. FDR’s aggressive economic warfare throughout 1941 had inevitably goaded Japan into hostile action.
The following memo, first brought to light in Robert Stinnett’s fantastic book, Day of Deceit, is the smoking gun of this event, obtained via Freedom of Information Act requests by the author. The McCollum memo clearly lays out the framework to provoke Japan into open conflict with the US. Written just days after the signing of the Tripartite Pact - a mutual defense agreement between Germany, Japan and Italy - the McCollum memo clearly describes not just the strategy but the motives of these malicious and amoral actors within our national security apparati. The text below is excerpted from that damning memo written on October 7th, 1940 by the eponymous A.H. McCollum, a Naval intelligence officer:
9. It is not believed that in the present state of political opinion the United States government is capable of declaring war against Japan without more ado; and it is barely possible that vigorous action on our part might lead the
Japanese to modify their attitude. Therefore, the following course of action is suggested:
A. Make an arrangement with Britain for the use of British bases in the Pacific, particularly Singapore.
B. Make an arrangement with Holland for the use of base facilities and acquisition of supplies in the Dutch East Indies.
C. Give all possible aid to the Chinese government of Chiang-Kai-Shek.
D. Send a division of long range heavy cruisers to the Orient, Philippines, or Singapore.
E. Send two divisions of submarines to the Orient.
F. Keep the main strength of the U.S. fleet now in the Pacific in the vicinity of the Hawaiian Islands.
G. Insist that the Dutch refuse to grant Japanese demands for undue economic concessions, particularly oil.
H. Completely embargo all U.S. trade with Japan, in collaboration with a similar embargo imposed by the British Empire.
10. If by these means Japan could be led to commit an overt act of war, so much the better. At all events we must be fully prepared to accept the threat of war.
Throughout 1941 President Roosevelt enacted all eight of the proposed policies. On November 27th and 28th, 1941, Admiral Kimmel and General Short were given direct orders from Roosevelt to remain in a defensive stance. “The United States desires that Japan commit the first overt act.” Both had been hand-selected by Roosevelt for their current command, with Admiral Kimmel serving as overall commander of the naval forces stationed at Pearl Harbor. This revealing presidential directive serves as yet another key piece of evidence showing the mens rea, the guilty intent, behind these actions. Just 10 days before Pearl Harbor, Roosevelt made sure his commanders knew that he wanted Japan to strike the first blow. His motivations for such are outlined in that fateful and shocking McCollum memo. This and other damning evidence for FDR’s foreknowledge can be found in Mr. Stinnett’s exceptional book on the subject.
— The McCollum memo, the smoking gun of Pearl Harbor.
The attack on Pearl Harbor serves as a prominent inscription on the epitaph to America’s freedom. It is yet another avoidable bloodbath, not solely through our foreign policy, but by a veritable avalanche of intelligence that painted a painfully clear picture of Japan’s plot. The Japanese Army had invaded Manchuria and then the Republic of China with nary a peep from American industrialists. The Soviet’s were engaged in genocides far worse than the Rape of Nanking and the US essentially created their military whilst they occurred. We know the change in policy towards Japan was not for humanitarian reasons or anything that noble, it was always about power and placing Japan into a corner that they had to shoot their way out of.
It was only once Japan’s fate was intertwined with Germany that economic warfare became a viable strategy to induce Japan into combat. As American forces fanned out across the Pacific, Japan’s leaders could see the writing on the wall. America was going to starve them out of oil and food, effectively shutting down their war machine and grinding their economy to a halt. That Pearl Harbor was an entirely preventable tragedy, directly fomented to further the goals of our luciferian overlords can not be disputed given these facts.

The Gulf of Tonkin incident is yet another curious event replete with many of the same hallmarks of our previous false flags.
America’s long, pointless endeavor in Vietnam begins in this same tired fashion we have seen in Parts I and II of this series. Both leaders in this war were devotees of the Mystery religion: Ho Chi Minh’s name literally means “Bringer of Light” in Vietnamese. While the Gulf of Tonkin incident would ultimately serve as the catalyst for America’s official entry into the Vietnam War, truthfully we had advisors and assets in Vietnam almost as soon as the Korean War had ended. Fifty-eight thousand dead American GI’s and over a trillion dollars serves as a grim reminder of the costs of yet another war that ultimately changed nothing beyond creating more billionaires at Raytheon, Boeing and Northrup-Grumman.
The extent of the attack, and whether it was a fabrication of intelligence agencies (much like the alleged nuclear weapons of Saddam) has been fiercely debated amongst historians of America’s wars in Southeast Asia. Released documents and declassified signals intelligence (SIGINT) paint an entirely different picture than the prevailing official narrative. There is strong evidence released by the National Security Agency that the second attack was a conjuration of skewed reporting, with even the US government now admitting that the White House ignored facts that contradicted their preferred narrative of unbridled Communist aggression. This fact pattern is extraordinarily similar to what we will see during the Gulf Wars, with circular reporting confirming the biases of men intent on entering America into ill-advised and poorly conceived wars for profit. The incident is a well covered topic by alternative historians and truth seekers, so I will not belabor the point here.

America’s dalliance with Iran begins as far back as 1953, when a CIA led coup overthrew the elected government of Iran and installed a pro-Western client state led by the Shah. This has long been common knowledge, which the Agency explicitly confirmed and took credit for in August of 2013. The disclosure 50 years later to the month of the coup is surely a subtle toast to their success. When Iran’s democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh threatened to audit the British controlled Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, MI6 and their American counterpart the CIA began plotting the downfall of the Prime Minister. Great Britain instituted worldwide boycotts of Iranian oil and created widespread economic turmoil within the country. Conditions on the ground were ripe for discontent and revolution.
The Agency began fomenting open rebellion, staging riots on August 19th, 1953. The American and British agents paid Iranian organized crime outfits to lead an elaborate ruse in the streets of Tehran. After these mafia led “Communist” agitators attacked small businesses, another different group of these criminals would pose as normal citizens and lead the counter revolt. These riots and astroturfed uprisings echo similar pacts with organized crime, such as Operation Underworld, Operation Husky and Operation Gladio. America’s intelligence agencies have long worked hand in hand with the Mafia and organized criminal elements across the world. The Masonic roots of the intelligence apparati and the Cosa Nostra certainly help explain these long lasting fraternal bonds.

“Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown.
When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government.”
— Henry A. Kissinger at the 1992 Bilderberg Meeting
As Vietnam winded down and War Inc. looked for new venues to peddle their wares, perhaps the most influential American apparatchik in history enters the stage. First serving as National Security Advisor, then Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger would leave his indelible stamp upon American foreign policy for the next half century and beyond. After serving in a psychological warfare unit during World War II, the German born Jew would go on to graduate from Harvard. Kissinger is a long standing member of the vanguard of the Novus Ordo Seclorum’s war on humanity, with membership in the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Bohemian Club.
Kissinger’s most well known foreign policy initiative is of course the renewing of relations with China. The man was instrumental in negotiating Nixon’s travel to China, as well as the normalizing of relations between our two countries. Those negotiations blossomed into a long time and close friendship between himself and Mao Zedong. President Ford would keep Kissinger on during his presidency, where the spy hunter turned diplomat served in the same capacity as Secretary of State. The impact that those choices have had is painfully evident today, with China now serving the role that Soviet Russia played. Exactly like our play fight with the Soviets, the elites of both country commiserate behind closed doors at their people’s expense. A new trumped up Cold War, and a new fabricated Monster for the 21st century.
While reopening China has served as Kissinger’s best known foreign policy achievement, his pivotal role in arming Iran during the tumultuous final years of the Shah’s reign has had equally influential effects. Over half of Iran’s Air and Naval forces are still compromised of American fighters and ships. Much like the Soviet Union through Lend-Lease, War Inc. made sure that the Iranians were well armed despite clear signs that the Shah’s grip on Iran was faltering. By Kissinger’s last year in office, Iran had become the largest purchaser of American weaponry on Earth. This served War Inc.’s purposes in two key ways: clearing out inventory for new products; and should the Shah fall, ensuring our new enemies were armed with lethal weaponry, thereby necessitating further military spending.
Of course while these policies have had the largest impact upon our current events, the man was prolific during his tenure at the State department and beyond. Kissinger was instrumental in the creation of the détente policy, allowing the Soviets free reign to expand their athiestic empire. He also negotiated the ceasefire that ended America’s involvement in Vietnam. It is staggering to comprehend the impact that this man has had on American foreign policy these past two generations. Few presidents can claim to be as influential as Kissinger was upon the world stage, and it is clear that he was the real power behind the Resolute Desk.

Kissinger is hardly the only actor in this Chinese subplot. The Clinton’s play a key role in this story as well, facilitating the sale of vital rocketry technologies to the Chinese. President Bill Clinton, a member of the Order of DeMolay, personally approved the sale of this technology. A bipartisan Congressional probe however laid the blame for this transfer at the feet of two American rocketry companies. The bipartisan committee endorsed the classified report’s findings 9-0, but crucially refused to open any criminal probes into the conduct, despite finding that Hughes Electronics Corp. and Loral Space & Communications Ltd. “damaged U.S. national security when they provided Chinese space engineers with technical rocketry data that could have assisted Beijing's ballistic missile program”. Then as it is now, these congressional probes serve as great campaign fodder but do exactly nothing to actually strike a blow at the abuses they purport to investigate.
The DoJ did however open a criminal probe into the CIA for obstruction of justice. Although high ranking CIA officials were forced to testify, the probe ultimately led nowhere and the Grand Jury was quietly disbanded. What is not in dispute is that officials at Hughes were warned ahead of time by officials within the CIA of potential areas of interest or personnel who might be targets of the congressional probe into their activities. Both of these aerospace companies had extensive ties and dealings with the intelligence agencies of the United States, and the idea that such sensitive technology was being sent to an “adversary” of the US without the Agency’s knowledge (and therefore de facto blessing) is asinine in the extreme. Before this technology transfer and “theft”, the Chinese couldn’t get a rocket off the pad without it exploding. That same Congressional probe found “Beijing has stolen U.S. design data for nearly all elements needed for a major nuclear attack on the U.S., such as advanced warheads, missiles, and guidance systems.”
Iran is hardly the only future Arabic foe that the criminal cartel who rule our land has backed with taxpayer funding and advanced weaponry. After the fall of Iran to Muslim revolutionaries, Saddam Hussein became America’s next recipient of aid and military hardware. Billions of dollars in economic aid was given to Saddam in the decade preceding the First Gulf War; ostensibly to act as a counter balance to Iran. (Like arming one monster wasn’t bad enough.) Forty-five Bell helicopters were sold to Iraq in 1985 for $200 million, one of many dual-use technologies that were sold to Saddam and then promptly utilized by his military.
On the June 9th, 1992 episode of Nightline, Ted Koppel reported the “Reagan/Bush administrations permitted—and frequently encouraged—the flow of money, agricultural credits, dual-use technology, chemicals, and weapons to Iraq.” As the picture above details, despite Saddam’s campaign of chemical warfare and genocide against Iran & the Kurds, the Reagan administration saw fit to resume normal diplomatic relations with Iraq. The President even hosted Saddam’s foreign minister in the White House in 1984.

For over a decade Saddam had enjoyed economic aid, military support and intelligence sharing with American agencies. In the lead up of the invasion of Kuwait, Saddam’s complaints against his Kuwaiti neighbors were well known. He accused his neighbors to the south of drilling under the border into Iraqi deposits, as well as failing to adhere to OPEC standards. The Kuwaiti oil flooding the market was seen as a doubly insulting to the Iraqis: oil from Iraqi deposits were being used to drive the price of their oil down.
In a fateful interview and discussion with the US Ambassador to Iraq, April Glaspie, Saddam was given every reason to believe by Ambassador Glaspie that America would not intervene in this dispute:
I admire your extraordinary efforts to rebuild your country. I know you need funds. We understand that and our opinion is that you should have the opportunity to rebuild your country. But we have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait.
With the 5th largest army in the world, Iraqi troops were veterans of a nearly decade long war with Iran and they easily demolished the Kuwaiti forces. Saddam had been led to believe, and earnestly did believe, that America would not intervene in his “border disagreement”.
— Nayirah Al-Sabah testifying before the US Congress.
Like any other entry in our series, this event would not be complete without fictional, tear jerking propaganda straight from the sulfur-laced bowels of Langley. A 15 year old Kuwaiti girl named Nayirah testified before Congress in October of 1990. Her last name was allegedly withheld for safety reasons, as her family still resided in Kuwait. She proceeded to detail horrific stories of Iraqi soldiers ripping babies from incubators and leaving them to die. Iraqi soldiers raped, tortured and pillaged her land in the tear jerking testimony before Congress. This testimony was cited time and time again by American politicians, including President George Bush, as a major rational to engage American forces in defense of Kuwait.
The only problem is that Nayirah’s little story here is an outright fabrication, and her Congressional handlers knew it. The real reason Nayirah didn’t reveal her last name is because it would immediately out her as a fraud. She was in fact the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the U.S., Saud Al-Sabah. The Al-Sabah family is the ruling dynasty of Kuwait, and Nayirah wasn’t just some hapless Kuwaiti refugee, as her flawless English accent makes painfully obvious. Amnesty International and major New York public relations firm Hill & Knowlton were integral to pushing this deception on the American people and the world. Hill & Knowlton gained a tidy $12 million for their part in this murderous charade. Nayirah Al-Sabah’s perjurious testimony was given on October 10th, 1990. On January 13th, 1991, after months of this fabricated media blitz, Congress authorized military action against Iraqi forces.

In the third installment of this series, our timeline of treachery will take us up to the present day. We will explore the boogeyman that has most plagued America since the fall of the Berlin Wall: terrorism. Seminal American events like September Eleventh and January 6th can only be properly understood through this lens, with a clear understanding of the true character of the American regime. If the Plandemic taught us nothing else, it is that this government is willing to let a lot of people die to hold onto these powerful lies. What you have witnessed time and time again is the Hegelian Dialectic in action. Our luciferian overlords create a problem, prompting a desired reaction, with predetermined solutions that inevitably drive us closer and closer to their nefarious goals.
That is the essence of the Frankenstein Formula.
